Today’s post is a summary of the highlights from our 2019 Tour. While there’s not enough space here to capture every memory and “God-moment,” hopefully this will give you an idea of how the Lord moved this fall. We are already excited to see what He has in store in 2020.
From She Found Joy founder, Lauren Gaskill: As I sit at my kitchen table this morning, I am at a loss for words. How do you put into words memories that words simply cannot describe?
I could sit here for hours and type up story after story of how God showed up and showed off at every single event this fall. Then there are stories about specific women I had the blessed opportunity to minister to — women whose faces are forever etched into my mind.
I am blown away and so wrecked by the goodness and faithfulness of our God.
To every person who helped make this year possible: THANK YOU for believing in this ministry and supporting the Kingdom work we are doing.
Many of you have asked about what’s on the horizon for 2020 (you can sign up for our email newsletter to stay in the loop). The Lord has put many dreams in my and my team member’s hearts, but for right now, I just want to sit and give thanks to our good Father who has brought us this far. Who knew that what started out as a podcast and one event in Des Moines, Iowa would reach the nations three years later? All I can say is, Jesus, we will continue to follow you wherever you lead. After all, this is all for your glory, name, honor and fame.
One last thing. We’ve compiled some of our favorite photos from the tour this year below. If you have photos you’d like to share with us, please send them to hello@shefoundjoy.com and we’ll share them on social media. With joy and love, Lauren Gaskill
P.S. We can’t put on a tour of this magnitude as a nonprofit without the help of generous donors like you. Help us make the tour happen again next year by donating at shefoundjoy.com/donate.
